We handle all aspects of interview coordination, including scheduling, logistics, and communication with candidates. On the day of their interviews , we call or meet our candidates before their interviews to ensure they are prepared. Afterwards, we gather feedback about their interview experience, which we then communicate back to you when we gather your feedback. Our goal is to streamline the process and facilitate seamless interactions between you and potential hires.

Once you’ve identified the ideal candidate; which shouldn’t take long, we assist with offer negotiation, ensuring a competitive and fair compensation package. We also provide support during the on-boarding process to facilitate a smooth transition for your business stakeholders and your new hire.
