Multi-trader

Our client is a well-established company seeking a skilled multi-trader to join their dynamic team. They require a reliable and experienced professional who can undertake various trades, ensuring high-quality service and workmanship. This role is ideal for a hands-on individual with a passion for craftsmanship and a keen eye for detail.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Carry out a range of trade tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, tiling, plastering, and decorating.
  • Perform general maintenance and repair works as required.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, meeting health and safety regulations.
  • Liaise with clients and team members to ensure efficient project completion.
  • Identify and report any additional works or issues.
  • Maintain tools and equipment in good working order.
  • Always adhere to company policies and procedures.

Skills & Qualifications Required

  • Proven experience as a multi-trader or within a similar role.
  • Competence in at least three core trades such as carpentry, plumbing, tiling, painting, or plastering.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve on-site.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Valid CSCS card (preferred but not essential).
  • Full UK driving licence and vehicle (preferred).
  • Willingness to travel to various job locations as required.
  • Own tools for the job

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with break) – Overtime available
