Our client is an established, forward-thinking company that delivers professional and efficient Air Conditioning and Ventilation services across the UK & ROI.

To excel in this position, you should thrive in a fast-paced team environment and embrace challenges. Managing multiple projects simultaneously, some with values of up to £2M, demands effective prioritisation and strong communication skills.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
– Plan, execute, and successfully conclude HVAC projects within specified deadlines and budgets, involving the acquisition of resources and coordination of team members and third-party contractors or consultants—ensuring their approval on our system before commencing work.
– Clearly define project objectives, scope, roles, and responsibilities.
– Direct and oversee project development from inception to completion, ensuring robust communication throughout.
– Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and stakeholders.
– Assist the HSQE department by supplying site-specific information for RAMS creation.
– Ensure completion and maintenance of appropriate paperwork.
– Proactively manage changes in project scope, identifying potential crises and formulating contingency plans.
– Identify and resolve site or procurement issues, ensuring project continuity for subcontractors. Attend site meetings to report and work on resolving project problems or issues.
– Quantify, record, and obtain client approval for all project variations.
– Estimate the resources and participants required to achieve project goals.
– Participate in internal project handovers, reviews, and close-out meetings. Provide feedback to the Operations Manager.
– Ensure professional and efficient resolution of faults, aiming for repeat business for our client.
– Champion Health & Safety practices on-site, lead by example, and ensure all necessary paperwork is complete.
– Ensure the highest standard of work quality and completion of quality check sheets issued to the client.
– Foster good relations and communication with all team members, delivering excellent customer care efficiently.

Skills & Qualifications Required:
– Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Project Manager, from conception to delivery.
– Previous experience working with commercial air conditioning systems.
– Experience with financial costings and projections.
– Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
– Ability to make decisions and problem-solve.
– Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control.
– Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
– Reliable, honest, and possesses a strong work ethic.
– A team player with the ability to communicate at all levels, working both as part of a team and under own initiative.
