We are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join our dynamic team.

Job Description: As a Mechanical Supervisor you will oversee and coordinate the mechanical engineering activities on various projects, ensuring that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. You will be key in managing teams, providing technical guidance, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of mechanical engineering teams on-site.
  • Ensure all mechanical installations and maintenance work comply with industry standards and regulations.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to engineers and technicians.
  • Review and interpret project plans, specifications, and technical drawings.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within budget.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and safety standards are met.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including reports, schedules, and maintenance records.
  • Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a mechanical supervisor or in a similar supervisory role.
  • Relevant qualifications in mechanical engineering or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, installations, and maintenance procedures.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations and best practices.
  • Proficient in using relevant software and tools for project management and documentation.
